Energy Performance Certificates & Floorplans
Fast, Reliable Property Services Across the UK
We provide accredited Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), professional floorplans, and property compliance services for domestic and commercial properties. Enjoy simple online booking and fair, size-based pricing.
Why EPCs matter
An Energy Performance Certificate, or EPC, is a legal requirement for any property being sold or rented in the UK. Without a valid EPC, you cannot legally market your property — and you risk fines of up to £500 for residential and £5,000 for commercial properties.
An EPC rates your property's energy efficiency on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient), and shows your estimated annual energy costs. Rental properties must achieve a minimum rating of E under current MEES legislation — or you cannot let them out.
At EPC4Properties, whether you are selling, renting, leasing, refinancing, or managing a property, our experienced and accredited EPC assessors deliver accurate reports, fast turnaround times, and competitive pricing for homeowners, landlords, estate agents, and businesses.
