Simple 4-Step Guide to Getting Your EPC

You can easily book online, or contact us by phone, text or email.

To complete your booking:

1. 1.Enter your personal and contact details.
2. 2.Provide your billing address and property address.
3. 3.Enter your property details.
4. 4.Select your preferred visit date and time.
5. 5.Choose the required services.
6. 6.Review your booking details.
7. 7.Enter a coupon code (optional).
8. 8.Select your payment method: Cash or Card.
9. 9.Confirm your booking.

Payment options:

• Card payment: If you select card payment, you will be directed to the payment screen to enter your card details and complete payment.
• Cash payment: Cash can also be paid during the assessment, provided this has been arranged in advance.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will arrange your appointment accordingly.

Once we receive your booking, we will contact you to confirm your appointment and arrange a convenient date and time for the assessment.

An Accredited Energy Assessor will visit your property and carry out the required assessment.

The inspection time depends on the size and type of property:

• Domestic properties: normally around 45 minutes
• Non-Domestic properties: normally around 1 hour, depending on size and complexity

During the assessment, we will inspect and record relevant information, including:

• Heating and hot water systems
• Insulation
• Windows and doors
• Property dimensions and floor areas
• Floor plan information
• Other features required to accurately prepare your EPC

Following the assessment, we calculate your property's energy performance and prepare your EPC.

Your completed EPC will normally be emailed to you within 48 hours of the assessment.
